In an effort to keep up with top Voip company Skype, Yahoo announced its much anticipated paid PC-to-phone VOIP services. The new service is called Phone Out and Phone In.

The new Yahoo service offers Free Worldwide PC-to-PC Calls. The new service launches with a new version 7.5 of of the Yahoo Messenger application.

The new Yahoo Messenger 7.5 with voice is still in beta form, so i guess they are working at ironing out some issues to ensure its polished service.
