The time has come to get your fix of high quality HD videos online care of Adobe and Hulu.
Hulu, the once laughable joint venture between NewsCorp and NBC, now supports streaming HD videos. 10 trailers are so far included in the newly introduced format, so no full length shows as of yet, but its a good introduction and testing ground. The HD content does take slightly longer to load and can be made full screen to a maximum 1280×720. Adobe’s new Flash Player provides the underlying technology here, which supports streaming HD-DVD high def, H.264, and Blu-Ray quality videos. Hulu is one of the first companies to take advantage of the new high quality web video and audio support.
Sorry, if you haven’t got a Hulu invitation yet, or live outside of the US, you still are not important in Hulu’s eyes all you get is a nice blank screen. The new Flash player is available at www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer.
