Google’s User Experience designer leaves the Googleplex

Kevin Fox, Google’s star user experience designer has left the building. Once responsible for the design of Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Reader 2.0, Kevin says its time to leave.

Once employed at Yahoo!, Mr Fox has helped Google’s User Experience and Research group grow from seven members to over 100, and helped forge the clean, simple and elegant design that Google applications now enjoy. His most recent accomplishments include the design lead for Blogger, Google Groups and Page Creator. All the best on your new 2008 endevours Kevin.
