Google Presentations gets some new features

Google launched Presentations to their online office killer in Docs a few months ago, but that hasnt stopped the team from integrating some cool useful features that will make you think twice about using the competition.

Check out the new features and tell us you’re not excited:

  • Embeddable Presentations
  • Importing slides from other Google or Powerpoint presentations.
  • Drag and drop image insertion from any image online.
  • Re-sort slides
  • Change slide background, applying colors to one or all slides.
  • Toolbar upgrades for beautification purposes.

Google Docs now has the ability to add subfolders as well.
Look out for more to come from Google Docs, they ensure us that 2008 is going to be a jam packed feature year.

Here is Google’s sample Presentation embeded using this small chunk of code.
