There was a big rush to get Wifi onto trains a while ago, and now apparently it has slowed down a considerable amount. In an effort to keep up with top Voip company Skype, Yahoo announced its much anticipated paid PC-to-phone VOIP services. The new service is called Phone Out and Phone In.
